Izzy specializes in animal and botanical imagery, often blending natural subjects with a punk inspired aesthetic. Tattooing animals has always been a passion of hers, and her distinctive cow tattoos have become a recognizable signature in her work. She enjoys creating designs that feel expressive, unique, and full of personality.

Influenced by both the artists she admires and the world around her, Izzy constantly collects references from everyday life. She frequently photographs flowers, plants, animals, and vintage artwork, using them as inspiration for original drawings and upcoming flash sheets. This connection to nature and art keeps her work continually evolving while remaining authentic to her style.

Izzy began her tattooing journey in Northern California while attending UC Davis, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. After graduating, she decided to pursue tattooing full-time and relocated from her small hometown to Southern California. Since then, she has had the opportunity to guest spot at several renowned tattoo studios and travel overseas to tattoo, these experiences have broadened both her artistic perspective and technical skill.

She is proud to be a part of the Guru Tattoo team, where the studio's professionalism and dedication to both artists and clients align perfectly with her own values. Izzy appreciates the care Guru Tattoo puts into creating an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through its doors.

Outside of tattooing, Izzy enjoys working with ceramics, creating sculptures, bowls, and functional pottery. She loves the process of transforming raw materials into something beautiful and finds that working in another creative medium continually inspires and strengthens her artistic practice.

For Izzy, tattooing is about creating one of a kind pieces that clients can proudly wear for a lifetime. Whether someone is getting their very first tattoo or adding to an existing collection, she strives to make every appointment a collaborative, comfortable, and memorable experience while creating artwork that will be cherished for years to come.
