Tarek was born and raised in San Diego. He has two wonderful sons and a beautiful wife. Tarek studied at Cal State Long Beach and finished at Art Institute with a bachelors of science in Product Design. After graduation, he decided to get into tattooing and has not stopped since. Besides tattooing he loves surfing and jiu-jitsu.

His favorite things to tattoo are portraits, religious imagery, stone sculptures, architectural buildings of gothic and renaissance era,  and all types of flowers, especially roses.
